Ladies, you have been invited to join Conference Host, Elder Pauline Fitzpatrick for this year's 2024 Sisterhood of the Crown Conference which will be held on Thursday, September 19th through Saturday, September 21st, 2024.
The theme for the conference is "JESUS".

Services held on Thursday, September 19th and Friday, September 20th are free. The Empowerment Luncheon scheduled for Saturday, September 21st costs $50.00 per person.

NOTE!! - All individuals attending the luncheon must register on Eventbrite. Payment can be made on Eventbrite as well.

The SOTC Conference will be held at One Love Christian Church located at 1315 Horton Road in Durham, NC. You are also invited to attend our Sunday Service on September 22nd which begins at 9:45am.

We come to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We want to thank you for your unwavering support. We are thankful to share that, as faithful sowers and givers, God has blessed One Love Christian Church with twenty-six acres of land, three houses, an outreach food pantry building, and our house of worship.

We believe it is time to fulfill God's mandate and become debt-free by paying off the mortgage.

What God asks of us is to be debt-free and own our land.

Our goal is to raise $150,000, and the due date for this endeavor is August 25, 2025.

Durham Prayer Walk Against Crime

OLCC organized a prayer walk, which began at Durham police headquarters. The group walked to CCB Plaza, Fire Station One, the old county courthouse, ABC11's studios, the Durham county jail and other downtown locations.

She teaches Black American history and Race Relations through workshops, creative arts, Know Black History Podcast, YouTube videos and speaking engagements. She feels that her diverse background and life in varied locations was God’s preparation for paving perspectives through seven decades of America in transition. She founded Read Seed, Inc, literacy nonprofit and gave thousands of books to children. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sociology. Born in North Carolina, she returned thirty years ago to Durham with her son and daughter. She is a proud grandmother of four.
